Customer Service:
The worst responsive customer service ever with the GATI. They are least bothered in giving the info, forget about the resolution, if the package is being shipped by GATI and you buy in Amazon then the worst behavior is happening with the GATI courier agency. They dont deliver the package by time and in-spite they marked it as delivered and they will return the product to the or the Amazon. If we call regarding this they will straight away tell you to contact Amazon customer service but they never mind that the delivery must be completed by them. This is not expected. Very bad.
Staff Courtesy:
The no where found Item is courtesy, the least and must have the politeness to talk with the customer, when you talk to the delivery agent or the customer care executive they will respond to you in such a way that they are talking to an enemy or something, why they dont even listen to what we say? the worst ever service received by the GATI team.
