Nagendra Shekhawat, Rahul, Prateek, Basant Singh, Sushant Pandey.All these people are frauds within their fraudulent company Gati Packers Movers Noida. Never fall prey to their trap. Their website displays their mobile numbers. They deliver one of the worst services as far as shifting of goods is concerned. They deliver goods into poor condition, take all your hard earned money in advance quoting their system requirement(As per this Nagendra who will come to your place to give you quotation . I booked my household goods from Noida to New Mumbai, they told that those goods shall be loaded in truck tonight and shall be delivered within 3-4 days. But I kept on waiting, called them but they won’t pick your phone even when 10 days passed after booking. Even if they pick, they will fool you that they will confirm and call you back but they will never call back and when you call them back.they will disconnect your call.
After 20 days they called that your goods will be delivered today. And the driver told that you have to pay for unloading. After lot of efforts I avoided paying those unloading charges. They faked initially that they will transfer Rs 1000 to my paytm account so you can give the truck driver Rs 1000, but I did not yield as I had already paid for everything and finally the truck came for unloading and that too at 11:00 PM. To my shock I got my goods in very poor condition.
1) Sofa-set badly damaged, polish gone, lot of scratches
2) Two carton boxes were missing.
3) Tata Sky dish antenna-Signal receiver missing/damaged badly
4) Double Bed-Bolts damaged, polish removed, scratched
5) Centre Table-Glass-damaged
6) Dresser Stool-plywood cover missing.
7) No one came for assembly of furniture.
It was 1:00 AM until unloading completed.
They did all this and now none of these goons is picking the call.
It was such a great loss to me to book my goods with these frauds. I am now looking for legal recourse against this people. If any one wants I can share the pics of damaged goods.
Don’t fall prey to them, I suffered huge loss.
