Gati Packers and mover(gatipackersandmovers.com) is just fraud company. Never fall prey to their trap. They deliver one of the worst services. So aware of this fraud company - they are thieves.
I had to shift my households items from Delhi to Kanpur. They had given a quotation of Rs17000 which cover packing/unpacking, loading/unloading, transport etc., however when they had loaded the goods in the truck, they showed the final bill Rs26, 000 included different type services charge apart from GST which was not discussed in quotation. Then they asked advance payment Rs17000 and rest on delivery of goods. I paid the advance. They didn’t give insurance paper and they just wrote insurance amount on receipts.
After some day, Anil(+91-7859886808) from Gati Packers and Movers called me and asked me to payment rest money. I refused to make this payment and I said I will make payment after delivery of good. Then he said either I pay the money on his account(Anil Kumar Bhati A/c 15252191051992, IFSC # ORBC0101525 - Oriental Bank of Commerce)or will not transport my stuffs. I had not choice but to pay the money to get my stuff.
They delivered the goods after 10 days which was not in good conditions and also they didn’t unpack the goods for which I paid. I called Anil regarding unpacking services and he replied that he will send man for unpacking soon otherwise will give money back for unpacking services. Until now they didn’t send man neither return money .
