Gati Packers and Movers

I hired Gati services for moving from Bangalore to Hyderabad and had the worst experience of my life

The contact person was Kapoor Singh. Following were the incidents:

1. We had to follow up multiple time with him for finalization of booking

   
   




2. We did not get the main truck on the day of moving. They brought a small truck and then transferred to main truck at some other place

   
   




3. During transfer from small truck to big truck, our goods were damaged

   
   




4. Kapoor Singh was drunk on the day of shifting and was misbehaving a lot.

   
   




5. we were supposed to have individual truck but they did sharing and our delivery was late by almost 12-14 hrs.

   
   




6. we paid for entire services: packaging, loading, unloading, unpacking. They have taken money and did not provide the unloading and unpacking services.

   
   




7. Kapoor singh is a goon and should not be part of this compay. This man does not know how to talk to customer and keep the commitment.

   
   




8. I spoke to the owner, Mr Sukhbir. He also made promises but was of no help.

   
   




9. This is the way the transport companies operate. They take advance from you and then make you fall in their trap and become frustrated.

   
   

I would always recommend to all, NEVER EVER to take GATI services.
