A favourite place of Great Tagore.though neglected and may be rejected by many! Many locals even do not know about it now.its sad but true. GTA have got their own Tourism Wing now.lets hope they will take interest in preserving this place.
Rabindranath Tagore stayed in this house during the few last years in this house penning 2 books and reciting a poem on his birthday through Radio from this house. The house is delapitated now and there’s no urge from any quarter to retain its Heritage status, which this house deserves, Very few locals know about this house
