Gautamiputra satakarni though comes in name of historical film and being NBK’s 100th film doesnot make much impact.Movie starts with war drama.You find only wars and nothing more.No history of satakarni was shown.Its simply movie of wars.
Story is all about satakarni and his desire to make all kingdoms to come under one rule.
Acting by NBK is good.Dialogue delivery is good.But war action is not so good by him.Shreya has no big role to do.Hemamalini as satakarni mother did justice.Music is better.Songs are good.Overall if you like wars you can watch other than it you wont find any history.
