Walked in and was appalled seeing the Service Staff... relics, need to be in the Museum, mummified, arrogant attitudes & an air that belies themselves. The food, the location are the only Pros that exist for such a place. Having the staff not attend to you for a long time does not help their cause either.
Then came in Fosters Lager and finally I could chill ..Have only one suggestion for Gaylords ... Please serve some Fosters to your staff so that even they learn the Art of Chilling.
