True lies by service providers

I had availed two-wheeler loan facility from your company with LAN-RDLR-00797457. Even after repayment of all my instalment well in time with last instalment paid on 04-01-2008 I had still not received N.O.C for my two-wheeler I had reported this matter several time to your CC executive but they have failed to help me in any manner whatsoever even up till now when more than two years have lapsed.


Not only this but for addition to my grievances following incident accrued on 29-01-2010 at around 04.00 p.m. when I made a call to your CC no- 18001801275 and I was attended by one Miss pooja. When I asked about the delivery status of above mentioned NOC, she smartly replied that I had my self asked your company to send my NOC to some Pritampura branch which I never did even in my dreams. Further when I inquired about my loan with LAN PL/RPDL-00046265 and asked for the copy of loan amortization schedule and loan agreement she said, I would be required to pay Rs. 300/- & Rs 500/- respectively. On confrontation by me she put up my call on hold and after some time she said, ok we will send loan amortization schedule without any cost but we want be able to send you the copy of loan agreement at all. After that when I requested for the NOC to be sent again, she out rightly declined and said, once I had requested it to be delivered it to pritampura branch it can not be done again.


Thereafter I asked to provide me the details of conversation as and when do I had requested it to be delivered to pritampura branch. Immediately then she surprisingly changed her words and again submitted that I had not called customer care centre for any such requested rather I had personally visited pritampura branch itself to request for said NOC to be delivered there only. She also gives my request no-DL00965442.


Sir it is really shocking that your CC executives are non-cooperative in even giving the details to your customers regarding their loans and even go on to the extent of telling lies which calls for an adverse inference to be drawn against the reputation of your company.Therefore I hope a suitable action shall be taken promptly by you to resolve my grievances at the earliest and a suitable disciplinary measure shall also be taken accordingly
