GE MONEY WORST EXPERIENCE FROM WORLD CLASS COMPANY

My Name is Haresh Rohra. GE Money Cash card Holder. GE Cash Card is just similar to credit card I bought it in Nov2005 as special offer from GE Money. No.4211 8920 1905 9051. The day I bought the problems start after using first time.


After using card, I made the regular payments, it not not seems to be alright from start, as they sending statement after Due date and charging late fee, late fee, late fee.


After many request the not sending statement properly, finally stopped sending statement, more than 20 complaints given to their collections agents, call center no. Every month new executive calling with Dummy names and demanding Rs.18000/-

i am only asking for detail of amount which I paid via various cheques, but here no one to ready to give.


they saying GE money is our father’s company, we open GE money file after 20th of every month and work for only 7 days of month. etc..


Now after one year and half year they have coming balance of Rs.18000/- as outstanding which is already paid by me.


via various cheuque and cash payment.


amounting Rs.17000/- something, detail with proof will be given on demand , pls guide me what I do , how I proceed, how I file case in consumer court.


Please help me what I do
