I Ordered Android TV Box and Bluetooth remote from Gearbest.com
payment done by debit card. Choose the Indian express shipping mode . Shipping Time Frame 7 to 12 days.
After three days track the parcel everything was okay till 27th October 2017.
on 4th November 2017 status was the same
after two days status was the same. Then I contacted gearbest for the issue. they said due to some reason some of the parcel delays but you don’t worry you will receive the parcel.
Then I wait till 14th November 2017.Then again I contacted gearbest. They said wait till 20th November 2017
because we shipped your parcel on 20th oct 2017 so delivery date will expire on 20th november 2017
after that date if you do not receive your parcel. Will Give you the resolution.
When Contacted them on 21st November 2017 they said your parcel is missing or stolen so we offer you 50% refund
because if anything happens during shipping is not in our control it is totally on the shipping partner.
AND THE BEST CLIMAX TO THE STORY IS
when I contacted the shipping partner which is GATI India they said they never received physical parcel from GEARBEST.com and their system is showing wrong tracking information.
So Guys Beware of all this Gearbest.com
The are running a scam without shipping any parcel they are showing you wrong tracking status with the help of their shipping partner which is Gati India as Indian Express on their website
They are earning without selling any product. And Best part is Gati India is also involves in this scam as they also given wrong info every time I called them on their customer care with my tracking Number.
I Request to the admin of this website to look into this scam.
