Worst service ever.

Last month I have ordered some product from gearbest.com . The product is not in good condition, I found an used product. So I call the customer care , and told them that , I have received a used product for that reason I want replacement, at first the executive told me to send some pictures to them of this product. I send the pictures regarding the product. Then the executive say that alright sir I can’t give you a replacement , but you will get refund for this product. I said why sir I still can see that the product is in stock , so what is the cause.


The executive said that sir you have to take refund sir , I said alright . Then the executive asked my account details. And told me that within 10 days I will get my money back.


But it’s more than 25 days still didn’t get refund. Worst service and bad transaction ever
