I’ve placed several orders on Gearbest, various ecigs(and related stuff) and 2 smartphone.
Until now no problem at all with my orders, no issue with lost packages or missing items,
(the customer service contacted me just once, because I did a mistake in the shipment choice),
the product quality is good, the prices are good, and they have always respected the delivery timeline.
