I gonna tell you about my own experience with gebbs healthcare service.
I joined this organisation on 11-May-2021.
I cleared my interview and I have been told it will be customer service their wont be any target system when I asked to them because I read these things on internet about company.
On very 1st day of my training I have been told by my trainer that it is a blended process and also informed by trainer that if you failed to achieve less than 75% and above 51% of my productivity so I will be marked as half day and if it is less than 51% so they will mark me as an absent even I spend my 14hours on shift and work hard to achieve it.
It doesnt matter for company even you have 10years of experience, The company doesnt not consider any other field experience and it doesnt matter for them whatever is lastdrawn they dont care about that.
The company offers salary in two slab one is 10K and other one is 17K sometimes they even offer 10K to experienced people.
All these salary structure and deduction they have started from lockdown as everybody know the covid19 situation no job anywhere the company has taken the advantage to earn more and spend less.
They also know the daily target is not possible to achieve still they dont give any exception to their staff.
About the t.l and managers team leader used to do the partiality with staffs they gives good data to their favourite staff so they can overachieve the targets and apart from their salaries they must get incentives as well of 5K but they never care about other staff, It doesnt matter for them how hard other staff work.

I would not recommend this company to work to any friend or colleague.
The worst part is salary deduction and team leaders partiality what they do in the organisation.
