Hi friends,
I travel a lot. A lot means a lot.
But I won’t take a second chance with this travel.
I booked a bus ticket from redbus for 9:00PM semi-sleeper bus.
At 8:30 I was at vishal nagar baba travels boarding point. I waited for 45 mins and decided to call the travels.
the reply got me a shock: "we do not have any 9:00 PM bus. Who asked you to book it. Go back to home."
I called red bus and in 25 more mins I received a call that asked to travel till Katraj(approx 20KM from my boarding point) and catch another bus at 11:00.
I managed to reach there and bus was 45 mins late for pickup.
> Misleading/false bus timing display
> No facility for women passenger( The driver clearly deny to stop at any petrol pump/resto if women asks to do so in order to attend nature’s call however it is almost immediate if a man asks for lighter purchase/smoke)
> Not at all punctual
> Charger doesn’t work/ blankets are never washed/ no water bottle for emergency is available.
Horrible experience.
