Today ( 20Jan 2024), i visited ur saloon at swaroop nagar for my hair colour, This is the second time when i experiencied cold water instead of hot water for my heas wash.I was informed that i will take 5/10min to get hot water, Nothing happened n i got my haor washed by cold water in this peak winter time.Really very poor attitude by the staff.
