Hope the hosptial managment didnt post any reviews by themselves to make good impression on them.
The truth is, with my experience their trearment is fine and they are giving results.But with this name they are looting money for sure.
My experience with this is hospital is on may 2017 and again now in 2019. (with this data managment can find me :)).
first when you enter the Hospital with your problem the doctor will (So called public service the great doctor Mr. N. Ramesh kumar) exagrate the our health issues.Then he will say that you have to pay 4-5 lackhs and if it is herina the Doctor will say 1.3-1.5 lakhs.If you ask about helath insurance policies or even TN minister health insurancd schemes they will tell for this surgery or treatment these kind of policies are not available which actually are acceptable/eligible there.
Later if you go and meet the insurance team there in the hospital they will shout us and say why you didnt conctact us first. Then they ll ask all the documents to proceed our own rights.
Herecomes the drama then if we go to the payment section they will again say that for this treatment /surgery we cant offer the benifites but if you give a letter saying that our hospital management didnt take any exra money we can offer some benfits. Based on our situations and emergency and our family pressures we will be foreced to write a letter as per managment wish, later we will get some percentage discount as our insurance amount and they will get max share and loot the money.Again and again they will insist us not tell this to anyone.
Next the Doctors / cheif doctor wont visit the patients for the name sake they will come to your bed and they wont talk to us.Mr.N.Ramesh kumar is the one of black mark for the whole doctor s society these type of doctors will spoil the entire doctors name.He is rude, donno what commission or share he gets for all the bills fee we are paying.He wi always talk about in money terms and he wont let us to go to the insurance policy team.
They have many posters saying about the cheif doctor s history (with vigadan magazine cuttings which says he came from poor family and his own family medical history), warning n complaints about CM Medical shceme violations just as prmoting themselves which actually they dont follow.
My question is is the chief (Mr. Palanivel) doesn’t know all these stuffs?He doest know about Mr. Ramesh kumar andother fellow in in the name of doctor but actually a animal or More worst example of human Dr. Senthil Anand who talks rubbishly and hell kind of behavior with patients who always talks in singular words his attitude?. Without managment knowledge these stuffs wont happen for sure ( only positive i saw is Dr. Senthilnathan is quite ok with his behaviour and patients concerns).
Finallu as usual one of the hosptial gives service for more money.And making money with our Fear.
