I have booked a swift VDI in GEM motors, they have delayed the delivery, but finally they have accepted to give my car, but after 15 days of the said date, which has resulted me an increase in price of the car, so for the same features, I had to pay an extra amount for the car.
This should be seen at customers perspective and the show room should take some steps to satisfy its customers. Hopefully they shud improve soon and reduce the burden on the customers and shud focus towards the best interest of the customers.
