GEM Motors, Kondapur, Hyderabad is providing worst kind of service to poor and helpless Maruti customers who unknowingly comes for servicing of their cars.
There is no discipline followed, no timeliness followed, no problems explained, billing done on the mercy of service advisors and GEM Motors accountants behalf. Customers are stranded for hours even after called for completed service for car delivery. No way Maruti can appoint such a pathetic service dealer spoiling their hard earned image. Maruti should either strictly observe and regulate such dealer’s services or remove them from their panel.
There should be a thorough inspection of service quality provided to customers through these kind of dealers. Take example of their appointed service advisor, attitude to respond to customer queries, detailing of problems told/discussed, documentation of expected repairs, timely correction and servicing of required parts, cleanliness of vehicle, promptness of front office operators to finally billing and explaination of parts consumed with prices all is worse then any other dealer available in the area.
