I bought a blue sapphire from them. They have a very aggressive/proactive marketing people but the product delivered was substandard.
stone has big inclusions and hardly worth the 80k I paid. The picture on the website was misleading and they never did provide the certificate which was promised as per the web listing and at the time of sale. They somehow’lost’ it.
