I purchased Pitambari Neelam from Gempundit, being first timer, I was initially sceptical about product, price, quality, delivery and service. I did research in the market as well as internet about the same but I was not getting the similar product at same price. Gempundit offered me the best price for the product, by understanding my requirement and budget. After getting the product, I once thought to return it(as I got little doubt about the product by seeing a natural inclusion), for that also they happily accepted and advised me as how can I go for it. Then I took it to couple of gemmologists and got it verified where I got positive response and so I dropped my plan to return. Thereafter I went to couple of jewellers for making the ring for which they refused saying that I should get the ring done with the same place from where I bought the stone as they didn’t want to take the risk of stone getting broke during making of ring, hence again came back to gempundit asking for getting my ring done, this they accepted happily and advised accordingly. Now I got my ring and very happy with their service and I will definitely go back to them only for any gemstones.
