In todays world there are many online shoping website which are fake and they are doinig cheating with the coustomer. Gemsratna.com is ine of them , I have ordered a black stone a month ago when I receive my product , the gem is of very bad quality. Then I went to my neirby shop of gems they told me that this is duplicate stone which is very cheap. The coustomer servuce is worst bucause for many days they even did not respond to my problem. And after some time they say that we can help yiu with this issue. This is not reliable site at all.
