Worst New Zealand Trip By Gem.
Me & My wife faced Tons of problems while travelling.
The following are the problems faced by us during your tour.
1.From the day one we have been given rooms which are VERY SMALL in size and even the BED’S were too CONJUSTED.The Rooms Shown at the time of booking the trip do not match the actual room given to you & there is no use in complaining because you have already paid the whole amount.
2.We were given TWO DIFFERENT SINGLE BED at few places.How can they given two seperate beds to honeymoon couples.
3.We had to CARRY our OWN LUGGAGE at most of the places.
4.We have WASTED most of our DAY TIMES picking up different guests from the AIRPORT. This has happened many times with us.
We use to reach our DESTINATION around 4 p.m. By that time most of the NEW ZEALAND gets CLOSED.
5.HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE with the BED’S and the ROOM. WORST room service ever seen. There was no proper hot water facility and it was freezing cold we had to take SHOWER with COLD WATER.
6.We were PROMISED to be GIVEN Hot INDIAN Breakfast along with the complementry HOTEL BREAK FAST but were not provided with it on couple of days.
7.We were PROMISED to be GIVEN WATER BOTTLES at every new CHECK-IN But we were NOT GIVEN.We had to purchase water from everywhere.
8.LUNCH & DINNER were served at public places & parks at most of times under the HOT SUN at the AIRPORT.
9.Some of the guests were so pissed off that they checked out of the hotel given by gem & booked another hotel on their own.
10.Rooms had unusual odour felt & bad smell as if they have been used by beggars or uneducated people before.
Dont waste your money with gem.warning to all people who are getting attracted by gems schemes.i will give you detailed review about gem.worst experience of my life.
