I have Cruze LTZ AT which I bought from AutoVikas Lajpat nagar. Cruze is a brilliant car, however, Auto Vikas has made my experience of buying a cruise a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT.
My car has done over 35000 kms and in every service I have faced some or the other issues.They never listen to what you have informed them about problems you are facing in your car and the car comes back with the same issue. Recently, my front right shocker was making some noise and this was informed to them but the car came back with the same noise. This is not the first issue I have faced, once the car came back with one fog lamp not working.
Never buy or get your car serviced from Auto Vikas Okhla service station. Like I said before Cruze and probably all Chevrolet cars are brilliant but their service is a big let down.
