Dont trust the customer care,it is to make u dull

When you are in trouble, seek customer care, be it airline, police, govt agencies, doctors, hospitals, mobile companies, star hotels, hundreds are there. original it was meant to attract.


Now it is no more to care you, it is a department to train the new people to watch out for those customers who are hell bent to contact no matter what happens, now they have choice and ask you to press no one of billing, no two for unbilled, no three for English, no four for Hindi, no five for new products information , no six, you dont know may be caller tune.


what ever it is lastly they also have a number nine to talk with the customer care representative, she or he tells sorry this is not please contact 44444   555555    666666  777777 like this.


New customer are curious to try for a new product and may be they get charged say one hundred rupees, it gets deducted as and when they charge so inteligently, today prepaid accounts dont knw how our currency get evaporated. Time to file FIR ON CUSTOMER CARE.


Customer care office can do wonder in time of crisis, they can alert the police, sensitive departments in case of internal civil war, sabotage by antinational elements, but unfortunately it is a office of profit for the company to do nothing, and we belive this dept or office do good for us, and do nothing. Govt should make it mandatory to reply.


Rules should be framed by the govt , scrutinised by judiciary on the dos and donts by customer care of any product, i suggest as follows.


1 car, all car manufacturers should build a customer care office held by an efficient officer and staff.


2 All airline companies should track the where about of booked ticket, luggages and complaints.


3 Every courrier, packers and unpackers and cheaters and thivers of your luggage be answerable.


4 Every service providers of internet to any kind of services should have customer care office and our complaint should be filed with no and date and the answr they have given.


5 Today billions of rupee worth is transacted each day, so customer share is in billions, if total one billion rupee is stolen by mishandling, who is the looser, who is the gainer and who pockets, the


one who pocketed company owner or director should be placed behind bars.


6 customer care is too efficient department, it is as equal to CBI, WHY you may ask, when customer care dept or concerned work well, yu cant chat with them for fun, your complaint must be genuine and they can easily make out what happened to your problem, who is harming your file, who is coming in the way of delivery of the goods, letters and why the delay took place.


7 just take my case, can I write a silly mail to any ms member, suppose it is indecent mail, she or he will spread it to the entire ms community, same way customer care can track and spread you are a


blackmailer if you do it, if you are a cheater also they can make out.


8 customer care is like a rating agency, if any one open a customer care office for any type, in the days to come, his office can coordinate with several agencies, investigation agencies of police too, Interpol too.


9 customer care can even track with customs too.


10 customer care coordination can become wing of entire society.


11 Those who head it on a small level can work as a voluntary specific to particular problem of a customer .


12 customer is king, when he or she is treated like a king or queen their travel will be so happy, they will land safely, they are welcomed also, each customer service provider can make lot of money too.


13 I am getting a new type of idea, that customer care is going to become a friend in need for any type of crisis in life, say you have lost the mood in life, the customer care girl can save your life too by telling something good.
