There should be a mechanism to halt pasting of nonsense "corporate responses" to reviews like this. They are getting themselves off the hook this way. If I miss your notification, barely 1 or 2 days later, it gets marked as resolved.
To elaborate, once we post a review about a bad experience with a product or brand, the affiliated corporate handle replies with some copy-pasted rubbish which is usual for them "please share your phone number or the ticket number" as always without even bothering to read a single line of the review.
The process now being followed on MouthShut is that once this response comes, the reviewer has to check that and reaffirm that the problem is still not resolved and mention details of that. On some occasions, we miss to check back on Mouthshut. The brand may "respond" a week, ten days, a month later but we may not have noticed the same and fail to re-iterate what a failure they are. But if we manage to catch them in the act and ensure they cant get away with lies, we can mark the status as unresolved. However fraud companies and crook brands deliberately keep posting irrelevant and copy pasted generic answers over and over till they win this table-tennis battle except they have no timers to adhere to.
