Hi, Mouthshut is indeed great site with wonderfull concept.
I think keeping pace with technology, mouthshut should also get into mobile stuffs.
like offering alerts on review.and some more categories
something like this and more.
Like sending SMS to users who wants alerts on thier mobile.
I know it is tough and require good investment and concern of the operators in countries where users are located.but perhaps some model could be worked out.which will enhance and make it mobile enabled too.
Also users can submit reviews from thier PDAs, Handheld devices etc.
probably shall tell u more soon.
