I had purchased three azure split ac and within first two months two of the stopped functioning. After sales was bad and then in the height of summers they kept the ac for repair for a month. And now after about a year it’s again broken down. I have had carrier ac installed earlier and had never had any issue and am just sorry to have such a product.
