Problems and atitude of DAIKIN Company

I have in my house split air conditoners of DAIKIN.I purcahsed them after  looking at their advertisement aboit noise levels of their outdoor unit.


Their advertisement is misleading.Their servcie is patahatic.They servcie through delars who are selling all brands and employ in competent peple. I have been complaining about the noise level in one of my air conditionersa nd no response form the comapny.


The servcie is so poor that if you try to tell the delaer, his so called engineers answer is that afetr soem time machines tend to make noise.If teh air conditonerof DAIKIN was to make such a noise, than why would a person spend more money on a   scalled premium porduct.


When you try to call the comapny office in Gurgaon, the operator does not pick up the phone for more than 3 miniutes and please remeber 3 min are too long when you are calling on phone.


Finmally when the operatpor picks up the phone in a very unfriendly voice, she is not able to connetc to the right person as the person is not available.


Finally afetr two o rthree attepts, the perosn says that please give him the whole story about the problem.Anyway afer this he pormoises to come back, which he does not do.


I am now forced to have the unit removed and repalce it with another make .
