TATA AC 183LYE Worst Calling - Worst Customer Care

I bought TATA AC 183LYE last month. But the cooling which is produced by the AC is very very less. It takes nearly 2 hours for the room to get cooled. Also the noise from the indoor unit is more.


So I lodged a formal complaint with the customer care. They said that they will send the technicians immediately. It has been more than 25 days since I lodged the complaint but no one has come to inspect the AC. I have contacted them many times via call as well as via email, but it is of no use. There is no response from them till now.


This is my email id shafi, new@gmail.com. If any one having doubt you can contact me. I am totally disappointed with TATA AC 183LYE. I would suggest not to go for TATA AC.
