We bought Symphony Diet 50 Cooler from Reliance Digital, Himayatnagar, Hyderabad. We liked the compact classy look and added feature, remote for this cooler and got one at the cost of Rs. 8, 500. It did not give any cool air and beyond that it was heating the room/hall in which it was used. I was aghast at the functionality of the cooler and was disappointed a lot.
I had to fight a lot with the irresponsible management of Reliance Digital to get Rs. 8000 back. They charged Rs 500 to satisfy their pathetic EGO.
My take on this Cooler is a total waste of money to the last penny. NEVER ever buy any symphony product. They just don’t suit the Indian climate.
