I bought a GILMA 4 burner gas stove along with the Chimney in Oct, 2006 and stared using it on 25th oct, 2006. To my utter surprise and least expectations one of the knob screws came out alongwith the knob itself within ten days of its use. Some how I fixed it with a lot of difficulty as there was a very less space for doing it. After this was done another problem started.. The flame of that particular burner went down to half and this was not enough so one more knob came out in the same manner after ten more days which I am not able to fix.
Now I complained to the guy from where I bought (basweshwar nagar, bangalore). He noted down my complaint never to revert back. I don’t know what to do now. There is no website as such for GILMA products where I can complain. So I have to keep calling that guy till he plans to come down.
At present I am using only two burners of my GILMA 4 burner gas stove which annoys and irritates me like anything. I am not going to stop now. I wil get it exchanged or get the refund.
