I got the 4 burner hop from Gilma Koramangala and while installing found that one of the burner was not working (first of all it was not seated properly). Engineer told that they will send service guy to repair it. Its been almost 6 weeks of installation (19th Nov), still that service engineer is visiting my place. Have stepped into the showroom several times, with no use. Last friday(23rd Nov) i called them and immediately they told will followup and ensure they fix it by the weekend. Weekend has gone, same way monday and tuesday. Today too have called them, lets see :-). Hope the Service Engineer get his visa and ticket, so that he can land in Blore on time. :-)
Just the name is "Gilma", not their service. Manager is very smart in following up.
