Faber Unresponsive service

I bought a Faber 740 Blk series of Electric Chimney from VGP malleshwaram on 11/2. 13/2 demo and installation was promised. Nobody turned up till 21/2 today while i’m writing this review. Everyday atleast two-three follow-up telephone calls to the dealer and the Faber service yielded bad results. Mr Swamy & his service personnel at the service no:55337777 / 57687777 were unco-operatively rude with absolutely no customer orientation and high level of arrogance.


They did not even have the courtesy of apologizing for causing this undue delay in installation and demo (11 harrowing days). Mr Vinod/9844025177 of Faber did not even have the courtesy of listening to a troubled customer and only said will call back, never did and wouldn’t answer calls thereafter. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM FABER..!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM FABER..!!
