Overall satisfied with the performance. Prima HIP is a decorative model ( hood type). This one is quite effective. Apart from adding to the beauty of your kitchen, it keeps the kitchen clean. Not that, it sucks all the oily smoke that comes out of Indian cooking. I would say at least 80% of it will be gone. If your kitchen has cabinets immediately next to the chimney, they will get some of the oil and dirt. Can’t avoid that anyways. Go for a chimney with a minimum suction power of 500. If you cook non vegetarian food, go for 750+. Go for baffle filter, as cleaning it is much easier than traditional filters.
Cons – Noisy. If you are running it on the highest speed, it’s too noisy. If you have a open kitchen, and your wife is cooking while you watch the TV, better put it on mute, as nothing will be audible.
