Do not use ATM card at other bank's ATM.........

I have a savings bank account with Central Bank of India, Fatehgunj, Vadodara branch(A/C No: 30xxxx3303). I used my debit card(Card No: 5044 xxxx xxxx 6046) at Bank Of Baroda’s ATM located at Shop No. 124, Main Market, Sec-15, Sonepat, Haryana to withdrawing for Rs 1000/- but only  02 notes of Rs 100/- were dispensed and my account was debited for Rs 1000/-. The details of the transaction are:-

I registered online complaint with Central Bank of India the details of which are given below:-


Complaint No: C/14112011/8268 dated 14-Nov-2011 to Branch Manager


Complaint No: C/13122011/8649 dated 13-Dec-2011 to GM-Operations


Complaint No: C/24122011/8833 dated 24-Dec-2011 to ED Central Bank


I did not receive satisfactory response from the bank against above mentioned complaints hence I registered my complaint with Banking Ombudsman(Complaint No: 201112001002141) in Dec 2011. On 16th Feb 2012 I received an email from BO stating that "Complaint No. 201112001002141 got disposed, under requiring consideration of elaborate documentary and oral evidence and the proceedings before the Banking Ombudsman are not appropriate for adjudication of such complaint". Later on I received a detailed letter from BO in which they shared the reply from Bank Of Baroda stating that "CCTV footage could not be retrieved due to technical error" but as per EJ the transaction is successful.


With all these details given above, I would like to mention that BOB is hiding the facts and figures by not sharing CCTV details and also by not providing the copy of JP log which has the details of cash reconciliation at ATM. The judgement of BO is also supporting wrong doings of the bank.


I have submitted my appeal against the decision of BO to Dr. K C Chakrabarty, Dy. Governor of RBI last month still no action taken by the bank.


I would like to have your support on this matter to help me in getting my money back with applicable penalty of Rs 100/- per day.
