Note: Meant to be reviewed by all sbi -customers and employees.please vote and make it louder if you are one of the casualty of carelessness from SBI and its services.
I did not find any response from SBI side, since its too big and huge and customer like me doesnt matter to them, how about you? I got few more negatives to write about SBI-cap Securities.Writing my cries.for my pains to subside
1.) While log-in to sbi cap sites, I dont understand the meaning of "System is under cooling" that u will usually find in the SBI cap website login, and you wont be able to access it.That is during off-market time.
2.) We were selling our scripts in delivery, we had plans to go short in that, but we were unable to do that so we tried it twice, but we dint see any acknowledgement or response. Finally we logged off.
3.)We got a call in a commanding voice on following saturday that we have sold double the number of shares we were holding, and she said I will be fined or penalised for that.Hearing that I took the control. I asked her a) why couldn’t we see the status in our trading windows if it was sold b) how could I sell twice the number in delivery, if I am not holding it.The software should issue warning or error.
C) I warned her to resolve the issue without any problem on our side otherwise i’ll bring the issue to SEBI and bring down the whole SBI into pieces. She was faint seeing my aggression, I had put my fingers on their weak strings.They know that they have so many errors and ambiguities in their system and software developed by TCS(Dont know if these SBI-software was developed during their heavy recession times) and cried to be back after resolving the issue.
4)They finally sold my delivery and dint added any extra liability for the extras shares sold on my behalf as of now, I dont know later if they charge me by hidden means.
5)Finally my all existing scrips has been sold from SBI account now I am atleast happy, for the reason i’ll enjoy peace after disconnecting the relation with SBI, in the form of SBI demat account.
6)Same is the case in all other services, absolute carelessness and dereliction of duties in banking, Credit card and all their forms.I would really like to know quantitatively, how many complaints are pending with SBI and how many resolved.How does these CEO-CFO from SBI boost of managing large banks.Its all fake.I think some big scam will come into picture from SBI.

I had applied for the account opening with SBI demat somewhere around feb 09, later on I cam to know that my form has been rejected due to some reason. I thought ok about it, as I was not in very urgent need.of it but after 4-5 months I got an acknowledgement saying my account is opened, I was surprised.Same thing has happened with my sister in mumbai. She had to face so many irresponsible and unaccountable-unhelping SBI managers and related people.And after so many follow ups, she had submitted application to close the account.But to her surprise they opened it after a long time.This implies they dont have good customer-base and no good support and services.
Employees at SBI’s, I think they are not worth a 3rd class clerk, without any sense of responsibility.almost all sbi has the same impression in metro cities. Their customer service is non-sense and highly unprofessional.your phone will keep ringing for hours without anybody to pick the call.If you will reach any SBI bank, its demat wing is treated like an orphan due to the callousness and unprofessional behavior of the sbi employees.
They charge heavily on the buy and sell of shares, and gives less time to close the positions for the day.
After every 15 mins you need to re-login, which is ridiculous owing to the time and pressure of the market.
Even now I am thinking as I am wasting my valueable time by writing about SBI, but I am making you aware and helping you save from them.So I strongly advise you to not go with it, you can have some better option please find it and let us know.
