Generally Banking Sectors Provide Services to Bank Customers. 75% Banks maintain Customer Relationships to Customers. ICICI BANK, HDFC BANK, AXIS BANK, SBI BANK these banks are very good customer relationship to Customers.
For Example, Andhra Bank is Worst Customer Relationship to Customers in Banking and Customer Care Services. Some Banks also did not maintain Customer Relationship.
Fact is Andhra Bank had Large Number of Customers in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana Region. But They did not maintain Customer Relationship.
