I went to Castrol Bike Zone with lot of expectations, but had to return dejected. I have been to Castrol Bike zone twice. Both times my exprience has been bad. They simply replace parts saying that they are faulty. Also, they dont look into the problems you have mentioned about. Both the times they replaced the brake shoe saying that it had worn out. Second time they replaced the chain sproket kit and only after one month of the second servicing I find that engine oil is low. All this after spending a whopping Rs. 2200. I am not even sure if they actually replaced the parts.
They are also taking lots of bike for servicing. The Bike zone near my house opens at 6:00 am and by 10:00 am they are full. This could be one reasons there quality is so low, but this is not what we except from a world class company like Castrol.
Now I feel that the authorised servicing centers are better, they dont do anything and dont charge anything, unlike Bikezone, where you pay but dont know if they have really done anything.I would suggest you people to avoid Bike Zones, or atleast enquire with your friends before going to a Bike zone.
