I got my bike serviced at Castrol Bike Zone near my house(Banaswadi area, Bangalore). My experience at the service center was very good. The service guy was very courteous and gave detailed estimates and break-down of what I was paying for. My bike feels like new after the service(It’s a 11 year old RX-100). I haven’t got that "new bike feeling" after servicing for about 4-5 years now. As per the impression I got, the mechanics are well skilled and know what they are doing. I went for the gold service. They use original spares. They also discussed with me what problems I had in my bike before the service and rectified them with priority(in addition to the usual service).
I used to give my bike at the Yamaha authorised service center. However the Castrol Bike Zone has done a better job. I would recommend you guys to try the service at Bike Zone.
