What is a dream car? To list down general priorities. 1> Comfort. 2> Low Operating Cost. 3> Low Maintenance Cost. 4> Safety Features. 5> Sturdy and Powerful Engine. 6> Huge Luggage Space. 7> Reasonable Sticker Price. 8> Smooth Ride.
> My ideal car would have the comfort of an Ambassador(Yeah, I just love the sofa-kind of seats and the huge leg-rooms).
> The Fuel Efficiency of a Toyota Prius(Hybrid Version) with a CNG Kit fitted along with the petrol and Electric engine. Or maybe one running on a Hydrogen Gas/ Solar Powered.
> The Maintenance of the car would be that of the TATAs or the FORD. They are the easiest to maintain arent they. And in India or USA you can find many local mechanics to repair/ service the cars. Besides spare-parts are never an issue with them.
> Mercedes/ BMWs are the best as far as Safety Features are concerned. It should have ABS, Air-Bags, Side-Impact Air-Bags, Sturdy Double Layered Beams with Thermocol protection for high impact-resistance.
> A Ford Engine for sure, preferably the V8 Mustang or the V12 HumVee.
> Luggage Space of a Ford F-150 or a Dodge Ram.
> An Affordable Sticker Price.
> A Smooth Ride in Indian Conditions, Only Hindustan motors can provide that.
Hmm, I guess one has to sacrifice one or more of the above features to settle for a lesser version.
