First of all let me explain you some terms normally used related to Genset or Inverter


Amperage (Amp): Measurement of the strength or intensity of an electric current in Ampere.


Hertz (Hz): unit of frequency that is equal to one cycle per second. the standard is 50 hz in India.


Voltage (V): Measurement of electrical potential difference expressed in volts. The normal domestic supply for single phase in india is 220Volts


Watt: Measurement of electrical power. One watt is equal to 1 joule of energy per second. for example the normal Long Tubelight consumes 60W and a normal ceiling Fan consumes 70W
