For the first time when I heard of PickMe India and their offering, I had my doubts as the offer was too good to be true, however just to give it a try I bought PickMe card worth 149/- and registered my new note 2.
After 2 months of use of the phone, my phone’s vibrator and and 3.5 mm jack had busted. I called PickMe who informed they will pick up the gadget in 4 hours but I was running late for work so I requested for an earlier pick up. To my astonishment the PickMe buddy was at my doorstep in next 30 mins. After doing first level screening of the phone, he submitted me the job card and took the phone. I got a call in next 60 mins from PickMe updating me about whereabouts of my phone and status of phone return. For next two days I got a call from them about the service status and finally on third day they told me that the handset is ready to be delivered. They kept the flexibility and I had my job card with me, PickMe delivered the phone to me in my office. They asked me to test the phone before I returned the job card. It’s only after checking the phone I realized that I also had transit insurance meaning if anything would have happened to my phone it would have gotten replaced. thats so Awesome!
And the best part was when I had to get my dell laptop fixed I bought a 199/- since it was out of warranty and the service was just the same:) I have found butlers for my gadgets how cool is that.
