Never, ever go for Bharti AXA Car insurance. They didn’t approve my completely genuine case of accident. I took the car to the workshop right after the accident. First, their surveyor didn’t turn up for 3 days. Finally, he did survey, in the evening of 3rd day but next morning he informed that it is an old accident and claim would not go through.
I had a word with him after getting the number from the workshop, but he spoke with me in a completely rude manner and flatly refused to co-operate completely. I’m planning to go to the consumer court now. The experience with Bharti AXA was a complete nightmare. Never, ever go for it. They are the worst.
