Recently when I renewed my motor insurance for one of my vehicle from Landmark insurance(Or you can policyboss.com), then it gave me shock of my life.
I was contacted by an executiveSiddik Mansuri to do the policy, he started calling me everyday 15 days before the expiry date. So I did the online payment to Landmark as told by the executive. To my surprise the cover note that I got was having so many errors(including Engine and Chasis no) that Insurance company would never ever accept it at claim time. I contacted the executiveSiddik Mansuri so many times continuously for 5 days to get this corrected, however he did not revert back even once. I had also contacted "Landmark Customer Care", however they also interacted in the same manner, they told me that thay have informed the insurance company to about all the corrections and the policy copy would be correct. However neither they took any action against the person who had cut the cover note nor againstSiddik Mansuri even after my so many requests. Also they neither let me speak to any of their seniors, they always say that they are in a meeting. Now when I have got the policy copy from the insurance company and saw that all the errors still exist in the policy.
On further inquiry I got to know that it is a "CHOR" company based in Gujarat having only 4-5 employees, one owner, 2 customer care executives, 1 backend person and 1 sales guy. It a low class company operating in just one room.
Believe me "Landmark Insurance" cum "POLICYBOSS.COM"(both are same) is a FRAUD company, never ever get into their trap. I had the worst time of my life to get all the corrections from the insurance company with no support from "Landmark". Thanks,
