I STRONGLY advise NOT to get a kit installed from this company due to the quality of customer service. It’s attitude towards its customers changes as soon as you have made the full payment.
To quickly give you an idea as to how they are with their work, I installed a kit from them in October 2013. It’s now January 2015 and my car’s RTO formalities are not yet complete only due to their negligent attitude.
In spite of trying my level best to contact them and sort the issue out, they will try their level best to avoid your call.
CertifiedCNG is a company owned by Monish Khosla, someone who also does not believe to reply to customer emails and one that should be avoided by all who wish to switch over to CNG for their vehicles.
I will be attaching screenshots of various mediums by which I have tried contacting them, to little or no benefit at all. In fact, if you do a simple Google search about CertifiedCNG you will get more negative posts than good ones(a few which I will share with you).
To summarize, avoid this company and go to those who you know or go for factory fitted kits. They will surely trouble you and not let you live a peaceful life.
