People will be surprised after they read this review, but I’m not joking, If u determined then nothing is impossible,
We(my husband and I), moved from New Delhi to Pune in september. We stay in keshav nagar, so we had gone to book a new gas connection coz in delhi it was pipeline connection, the moment we asked for a new connection, the girl who keeps bundles of books filled with customers names entered our names too and said we have to wait until we receive a call from them.
We came back home and tried doing it our way, first thing call the customer care, find out the waiting list number, second call the manager directly and ask him the waiting list number. don’t leave the person untill he/she gives you complete details.
after doing this a day later we were there at the booking counter, the same girl started giving lame excuses saying long waiting list, it may take a few months, we’ll call you, we asked her to give it in a writing, she stammered, then we told her we have the full information that there is no waiting list, even the manager has told us. so u better do your job, she again was trying to convince, my husband directly put the manager on line and made them to speak with him, finally they told us the procedure, and we got the stamp papers done, paid the money, and got the cylinder next day morning at 10.00am, flat in 3 days.
so friends, don’t give up what people say, when the job can be done whether it be 2 months or 2 days, it has to be done. don’t give up if the other person says NO. Remember it’s only foolish people who turn their back when they hear a NO(i was among them earlier), my husband taught me an important lesson. never give up on a job that can be done soon.
And will you believe if I tell you I got my double cylinder within 2 months. If people are raising their voices then they don’t deserve the job. we r educated people and they have no right to talk to a customer like that. if you are scared they’ll scare us more. think right and make ur jobs done. be it a gas connection, electricity bill, phone bill anything. wake up friends, no excuse can be tolerated.they are not doing a free service, its their duty, when they can’t fulfill their job they don’t have the right to sit in that chair.
