I’ve been using Bharat gas for more than 2 years now. I would have sent more than 50 complaint e-mails. If Revathy feels Mahalakshmi agency is bad. Here is some relief for her. Manav Enterprises in Mosque road can beat that in terms of the pathetic service. I’ve tried all that Revathy has mentioned in her review. There are few other things that I’ve done.
There is this chap who picks up the phone and scream at you at the top of his voice, in spite you behaving so professionally. I requested the call to be transfer to the manager. The manager there is a very sweet gentle man, who very politely says every body has their own tension in life so they are bound to behave that way. He also promised me that I would get the refilled cylinder the next day, like every body else hadd previously done. That again was a false promise. The trouble of getting the call escalated to the manager was a useless exercise. So don’t mind trying it.
I have sent complaint e-mail through their website. With details description on the date of booking, reference no for the same. The date and time I’ve talk to the distributors and the number of false promised they have made. If you do this, you will get a very prompt automated e-mail, saying we regret the inconvenience, and we will forward the request to the correct territory. Don’t get existed with that. I’ve lot of junk e-mails like that. You will finally get a e-mail from the territory you belong to saying we will looking to this and ensure that you get the cylinder as soon as possible. You would have already got the cylinder by then. This would have taken about 30-40 days after you booked the cylinder.
