Pathetic/Horrible/worst : LG Customer Service

AMC  Soft Copy, & Hard Copy: NOT Received Even After 2 Months


LG: THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE


AMC NUM: 1510 240 42883_01


On 14 Oct 2015, AMC Amount Rs 6424 paid to LG for Water purifier.


Received an email, mentioning that, " You will receive the original invoice in 30 days."


When I tried to Reach LG customer Service, they give Service Center Number, when Called


to Service Center, they say call to Head Office. Neither Service Center, Nor Customer Care has Correct Information About the Process, & also Service.


LG: THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE
