I am using citi bank credit card and I got some issue with my credit card reward I wanted to contact customer care it was showing landline number for bangalore then I dont want to call landline number because it will charge too much in waiting period only I will be charged more than 15 rupees and then after they will keep on hold every time to check so all of to ask query only you hve to spend more than 30 then there is no guarantee on query will be sort out.
So I was searching for email id there is no customer care email id available . More over we have to ask question FAQ section some pre defined questions if it is matching only there will b e solution . Finally I searched all over internet I got that solution we can login to account from there we can send the mail from their portal . Comedy is that they never send feedback for mail . Its just horrible I am writing this because if cit bank people concern about customer they should provide email id in their website and they should give solution for that .
