Hi, I bought a tatasky new connection from BookMyDTH last week. Installation happend in just 5 hours after placing the order. After couple of days, I had issues with signal and called up tatasky customer care to fix it. To my sadness, they were not responding at all to my calls. Just to try my luck, I called up BookMyDTH again to help me out. I initially thought they are just going to say a big "no" to me and ask me to deal with the situation on mky own, but nothing like this happned. They asked to be on hold for few mins, bridged me with the tatasky customer care executive, escalated the issue infront of me and made tatsky to get the issue fixed. I am really happy for what has happened. I saw a review about BookMyDTH on mouthshut.com and went ahead to purhcase my dth connection from them. Thanks to mouthshut.com also for thier service in India for providing such an wonderful platform.
